Our standard custom square magnets are 2.5" x 2.5".Â
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship in the USA.
What file format should I use for my design?
We accept high-resolution JPG. For best results, use images with at least 300 DPI resolution.
What colors can I use?
We offer full-color printing, so you can use any colors in your design. Our high-quality printing process ensures vibrant, accurate color reproduction.
What's the minimum order quantity?
We accept orders starting from just one magnet to bulk orders
Do you offer bulk order discounts?

How long does production take?
Standard production time is typically 2-3 business days for orders up to 50. Bulk orders will take 3-4 business days.
How do I clean my magnets?
Simply wipe gently with a soft lens cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
What is your return policy?
Custom orders are not eligible for returns, however, If there's an issue with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving. We will work with you to resolve the issue.Â
